Tired of Winter
Spring just can't get here fast enough. The days are starting to get longer and the sun occasionally peeks out. But it's still too cold and wet to climb around here. I've been keeping my eye on the weather in Vantage. It's been sunny there and in the mid 40's. I think as soon as it gets up into the mid 50's (hopefully in the next week or two) it'll be time to start planning some trips out there! :)
And in anticipation of climbing season starting, I'm all booked up for Red Rocks Rendezvous -- and I'll be spending all of my spring break there!
In the mean time, I'll keep myself busy dancing. :)

It was still daylight when I got home from work! I was so confused, thats never happened before!
I think that's the thought of the day today. I've said it at least 5 times, and I've seen it on countless blogs. Everyone is just so tired of winter right now, it seems!
It's been in the high 70's here all week, and over the next few days it is supposed to drop into the 50's and be rainy and stormy. I'm not complaining either way--I just want it to be consistent, for crying out loud! I keep getting half way sick because the weather keeps changing all kinds of crazy ways.
Matt & I have looked at Red Rock Rendezvous...and we're both SUPER amped on it! 2 guys from his fire department are retiring and their retirement party is over that weekend, which we've already RSVP'd to (and it's kinda a big deal to make it to the retirement party shindig, I guess).
I'll keep you updated as I know more!
