Obama!!
I find myself glued to the news today. I haven't turned it off since 8 this morning. I'm becoming a news junkie -- alternating between CNN and NPR (and sometimes both!). I am proud to be an American for the first time in my adult life and probably for the first time since I can really understand what that means. And it's amazing to see the contagious nature of hope and optimism that seems to radiate from Obama. So exciting!

I'm sitting at work all day, but while I was out running errands earlier today, every single place I was in either had TV's tuned in to CNN or had the radio tuned in to the coverage.
I saw a replay of him being sworn in and it gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes. I had no idea watching this would move me so much!
I just wanted to say "HI" and thanks for having my back when there were "Fireboy" haters. I'm looking forward to rock climbing with you.
